Q: Where is the DEEPLUXURY physical store located?
A: Our Vancouver flagship store is located at 6386 Number 3 Rd, Richmond, BC, just a 3-minute walk from Bridgehouse SkyTrain Station. Parking is available nearby for customers arriving by car.


Q: Can I visit the store without an appointment?
A: Yes. The DEEPLUXURY Vancouver store offers ready-to-wear clothing, footwear, accessories, home goods, and fragrances. All customers are welcome to visit and shop without an appointment.


Q: Who is eligible to book an in-store fitting appointment?
A: All customers located in Vancouver or visiting the city may schedule an in-store appointment with a personal stylist to try on items from their Wishlist.
Note: Due to high demand, appointment availability may be limited to DEEPLUXURY+ members during certain periods. DEEPLUXURY+ members enjoy priority booking year-round.


Q: What if I am not eligible for an appointment?
A: If you are unable to book directly on the website, you may request an appointment by emailing appointments.vancouver@deepluxury.com. Our team will assist you with the booking process.


Q: How do I book a fitting appointment?
A: If you're in Vancouver or planning to visit, follow these steps to book an appointment:

1. Use a desktop or mobile browser to add items to your Wishlist;

2. Click “Add to Appointment” in your Wishlist;

3. Select multiple sizes if unsure of your fit;

4. Click “Schedule Appointment”;

5. Choose a stylist (or “No Preference”) and select your appointment time;

6. Enter your phone number to receive confirmation;

7. Click “Review Appointment”;

8. Click “Confirm Your In-Store Visit” or “Back” to make changes;

9. You will receive a confirmation email and SMS;

10. Upon arrival at the store, a team member will guide you to your stylist.

Appointments and modifications must be made at least 24 hours in advance. For questions, contact: appointments.vancouver@deepluxury.com


Q: Who is the stylist? Can I contact them directly?
A: You may choose a specific stylist when booking or select “No Preference” to be automatically matched. If this is your first appointment, we recommend choosing “No Preference.”
Your stylist will assist you throughout your visit. To contact your stylist beforehand, email appointments.vancouver@deepluxury.com and we will connect you.


Q: How many items can I try during my appointment?
A: Each appointment allows you to try on up to 5 items.
DEEPLUXURY+ members (Level 1 and above) may book up to 15 items. Each customer may only have one active appointment at a time.


Q: What happens if the items I booked are sold out?
A: Items are reserved at the time of booking, but availability is subject to change. We cannot guarantee that all items will be in stock at your appointment.


Q: Can I bring guests to my appointment?
A: Yes, you may bring up to 2 guests. We recommend a maximum of 3 people total. For group appointments, please email appointments.vancouver@deepluxury.com.


Q: Can I arrive early for my appointment?
A: You are welcome to arrive early and browse the store. However, please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment to ensure the best service.
If you are significantly late, some items or services may no longer be available.


Q: Can I use a discount code received via email in-store?
A: Yes, unless explicitly marked as online-only, all discount codes can be used in-store.


Q: Can I earn points when shopping at Deepluxury Vancouver?
A: Yes. All in-store purchases contribute toward your DEEPLUXURY+ member points. Any DEEPLUXURY+ promotions or offers are also valid in-store under the same terms.


Q: How do I modify or cancel items in my appointment or reschedule?
Appointments can be changed or canceled at least 24 hours in advance by following these steps:

1. Go to the “Appointment” page at the bottom of deep-luxury.com;

2. Click “Modify”;

3. Click “Remove” to delete items;

4. Click “Wishlist” at the top to view and add items;

5. Click “Add” to include more items (up to 15);

6. Review and edit your stylist, date, time, or phone number as needed;

7. Click “Save Changes” or “Discard Changes”;

8. Click “View Details” to check your updates.

You will only receive confirmation emails or texts if you change the time or stylist—not for item changes.


Q: How do I cancel an appointment?
You can cancel your appointment up to 24 hours in advance:

1. Go to the “Appointment” page;

2. Click “View Details”;

3. Click “Cancel Appointment”;

4. Click again to confirm cancellation.

A confirmation email will be sent once your appointment is canceled.

Q: Do I need an appointment to return items?
A: No appointment is required for returns.
However, if you wish to try a different size, we recommend booking a new appointment.
Please note: DEEPLUXURY does not offer direct exchanges. You may return an item and repurchase your preferred size or item.
